Ingredients

- 400 ml slagroom
- 4 el kristalsuiker
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g speculaas
- 75 ml espresso (wij gebruiken hiervoor 2 Ristretto Decaffeinato capsules van L'OR ESPRESSO)
- 15 g amandelschaafsel
- 2 el cacao

- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 shot L'OR Ristretto
- 100 - 200 grams chocolate ice cream
- 30 ml coconut cream
